Project |honors
​My final project for my honors degree consisted of me thinking up ideas to bring retail into the 21st century and coming up with new ways for customers to experience shopping. I designed a whole new brand which was dedicated to transforming old shopping arcades into new desirable places to shop. I used many different Medias to show my ideas, including digital work and also hand drawn pieces. This was all seen in the final exhibit which was put together by all of the degree students.
Project |Contextual Studies /Exhibition Design
For my third year in Uni, one of my projects was to take an in-depth look at a brand. The company I investigated was Fairtrade. I created a book which I titled Is Fairtrade fair? It highlighted the pros and cons of the business and took a look at the history and origins of Fairtrade. The project also mixed in with my Exhibition module, which consisted of me designing an exhibit stand which focused on Fairtrade.
Project | Edinburgh Festival

I was chosen with three other students to be involved in designing windows for the promotion of the Edinburgh International Festival. We had so much fun designing and going up to Edinburgh to install the graphics and pieces in the various windows. We worked with the EIF team making sure we were consistent with the festivals brand. We also work with the visual merchandising teams in each store we installed with including Waterston’s, John Lewis and Jenner’s. We also did an installation inside Jenner’s which consisted of us hanging many paper doves. I learnt a lot from my experience with Edinburgh International Festival including working within a team and also created good quality work in a short period of time.
